Ski Trip to Italy

During the Easter break, students and staff travelled to Via Circonvallazione in Italy for an amazing ski trip. On Day one, students’ jaws dropped as they climbed up the mountain and took in the breath-taking scenic views. The instructors were incredibly impressed with the progress the group made, especially from a group of complete beginners in just one day! Everyone has also fully embraced the Italian culture, enjoying a delicious three-course meal together.

Day two brought blue skies, fresh tracks and that perfect crunch under the skis all day long. Students took in the views, chased a bit of speed and soaked up every second of sunshine (with a few well-earned breaks along the way). They also swapped ski boots for something a little more comfortable and headed to the local shopping centre for a wander, a bit of retail therapy and some well-deserved treats.

It was a little colder on day three but spirits are still very high. The slopes came alive at night and there’s something special about skiing under the lights. Our beginners were making amazing progress, confidence was growing with every run and we wonder if we might have a few future pro skiers in the making!

Blue skies and perfect conditions for day four made for an incredible day on the mountain. Beginners took on new heights, while the advanced groups conquered the peak. The views from the top were absolutely stunning. It has been amazing to see the progress our students had made as they were now skiing with confidence and skill.

On our final day, it was back up to the peak one last time to take in those unforgettable views. We kicked things off with some red runs for a warm-up and by the end of the morning, most students had confidently conquered the black runs before heading in for lunch.

It was an incredible week. The progress was been amazing to watch, with everyone pushing themselves and truly becoming skiers.
